We were asked to run two consecutive events for this client. One strategy meeting for the senior team and one facilitated learning session for the team managers.
Both events had to have an element of team development delivering bonding, understanding and trust within the teams as well as focussing the team on coming up with and buying into the following years strategic direction.
We organised two very different events one two day event with structured faciliatation for the senior team and a day long event for the team managers with an ice-breaker, training session and focussed discussion on the strategic direction decided by the senior team.
