Our client needed to develop his teams relationships. This was a small company of 5 employees who worked separately on projects. They needed to bond with each other and develop a charter that they could all stick to that would encourage continued team working after the team event.
We worked with the team through several meetings to develop the charter and then ran a fun evening event where they had to work together to solve some outdoor challenges.
